This informal class is a fun and friendly introduction to tasting. We will give you the basics of tasting and evaluating as well as a chance to try a variety of coffees from around the world. We will focus on the four main components of coffee flavours - Bitter, Sweet, Sour and Salty, and introduce you to the flavour wheel and how to use it.
